Then, during this morning's ride, I felt tired and unenergetic. Did I let up too much? They say that easing up too much "puts your body to sleep". Or was I wrong about not needing to ride in heart rate zone 1 all week?
Except for today, I spent very little time in my zone 4; but even so, maybe I was working too long and too hard for an "easy" week.
Or I might simply be having an "off" day. It happens to everyone sometimes. And for all I know, I'm making it all more complicated than necessary.
Oh, and I have a question. I just got a new reservoir for my Camel-Bak, because the old one was leaking around the cap. I'm reluctant to simply throw away the old reservoir. Anybody got any ideas of what I could do with it? Thanks.
