If I can get in 100+ miles per week on the road bike, that sounds quite athletic to me. But pull-ups? I've never tried them, or if I ever did it's a couple of eons ago, and I don't remember it.
I'm not at all sure I could do one, never mind a series of them. Where am I to find the necessary exercise bar in the first place, unless I buy a gym membership? For now I'll stick with yoga push-ups, and I hope I'm doing them the right way. The picture looks as though the beginning position is prone-flat on the floor, so that's what I do.
And if I'm not an athlete after all? So what. I can still ride a bicycle.
