But as regards bicycle endo, maybe I need a gymnastics lesson or two – to learn how to tuck and roll, or whatever it’s called, so I wouldn’t land on the top of my head if I ever got into a situation where I needed it.
It's debatable how helpful such ability would be, though. In my experience, when something causes me to go down, it happens so fast that there's no time to react.
Since I'm not blazing down mountainsides at 60 mph, I might not have to worry too much about going endo on my bike. Good thing, too. The other "endo" is enough of a worry for now.
