Tomorrow the wind won't be nearly as strong; 12 mph according to the forecast. The temperature will be about 41. I found a web site for calculating the chill factor, and it won't be much above freezing! I'll need sweat pants over my leg warmers, at least two jackets, etcetera.
I've lost two days to wind conditions, and I don't want to lose more. It's amazing how quickly I get very out of shape. Working out on a WattBike makes me get lightheaded after 15-20 minutes, which doesn't help matters. I'm not sure why that happens.
Being in the cold saps my energy. I guess my body uses a lot of my energy just trying to keep warm. And to think that there are folks in more northern regions who commute in the snow! They're a lot hardier than I am, for sure.
