I try to do a self-massage several times a week. It doesn't take huge amounts of time, as getting to a massage therapist might. There may or may not be one close to home; I've never looked to see.
My legs could use rolling-out tonight. This morning I spent 41 minutes trying hard to stay at 15 mph (I averaged 14.26), and also trying to focus on "pulling up" as much as "pushing down" on the pedals. Apparently I did something different, because my hamstrings feel more worked than usual. For the first time, I felt the muscles at the top front of my thighs being worked.
This is supposed to be an easy week, so I'd better ride easy tomorrow.
