I don't yet have a copy of The Active Calorie Diet, but I've gotten the book from the library and looked it over. It sounds interesting.
I've long been interested in vegetarianism, largely because of my dislike for the feel and smell of raw meat and poultry. (It also drives me crazy that I can't seem to get that smell washed off of my hands!) I'd have to read the book again, but I suppose meatless eating can be fitted into the Active Calorie Diet.
The book is another item to put on my Wish List, along with a power meter, more time to ride, a personal coach, more places to ride, etc.
