Do I have my HR zones set too high? I find it hard to believe that I'm so fit that I can push 19 mph and stay in HR Zone 3. I sure wish I could afford a coach!
I zoomed (figuratively, at least) through The Feed Zone again. I stopped at p. 227, and made Pasta with -- no, not Smoked Salmon. Nor yet tuna. I drained a small can of chopped chicken breast, and used that instead. I like it better than tuna, but usually get tuna unless the chicken is on sale.
It took half an hour to prepare the dish, but it made tonight's supper, plus lunch for two more days. Unless I eat some of it for breakfast tomorrow, and I wouldn't put that past me. Sometimes I remind myself of one of the pseudo-scientific names for Wyle E. Coyote: "eatibus anythingus"!
