Only once did my overall L/R come up 50%/50%. Today it was a rather uneven 46%/54%. Ideally I should do this two or three times a week, for it to really do me any good. But on weekdays I can't get there until after work, by which time I'm rather tired. Of course I have other things competing for my time and attention, e.g. doing the laundry. Weekends are times for running errands and going for long rides -- REAL rides!
Besides that, I must confess that "riding" a WattBike is very monotonous, and for some reason it makes me feel a bit dizzy/off-balance. Maybe my system is confused by the combination of exertion and lack of forward movement?
