It wasn’t completely overcast, but there were still plenty of clouds. Fifteen or 20 minutes into my ride, it started to rain; and pretty hard, too. After I made my turnaround, I was faced with a headwind. It felt surprisingly chilly, considering the temperature was at least 80 degrees.
It’s a good thing the rain didn’t keep on for the entire duration of my ride. I got home wet through, but not dripping. I decided not to bike to work, because it looked like it might rain again.
An annoying thing about frequently getting caught in the rain is, I use a lot of socks. Then, when it’s time to wash clothes, I feel like I’m doing laundry for a centipede!
