It's lucky the bad weather didn't move in twelve hours earlier, or I probably would have lost my morning ride. The forecast for tomorrow isn't so great, either. There's a 50% chance of T-storms, especially after 9 am. I hope I get to ride to the grocery store! I'm usually back from there by 9 am or so, and thus might beat the downpour.
I also was hoping to get to the bike shop where I bought the road bike's saddle, and get a new one. The saddle I have is over three years old, and about two inches of the stitching has ripped. I've done some asking around, and it sounds like getting it repaired would probably cost as much as buying a new saddle; maybe more. I don't have the specialized needle and thread necessary, or I'd tackle it myself.
